Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. MOD required on rotating weekends
Pay: Starting at $50,000 year; higher pay based on experience

Scope of Supervision: Supervises Connections Associates and other Associates participation in Connections activities. May serve as the Community Life Team Leader. Liaisons with all other Members of the Leadership Team, Provides guidance, direction and training to Resident Associates regarding Connections implementation. Serves as Manager on Duty as required.

Responsibilities:
•Ensures resident safety at all times.
•Embraces Culture Change and resident-centered philosophies
•Ensure compliance with documentation and record keeping to meet current regulatory compliance standards.
•Completion of interest and participation assessments on admission and quarterly thereafter.
•Prepare and update a Connections Plan for each resident within 7 days of admission and quarterly thereafter.
•Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Connections program of the community.
Requirements:
•A High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or another related field is preferred. Certification as Professional is required.
•Previous management experience in healthcare or service-related setting. Computer literate.
•Must have a valid State Drivers License with appropriate CDL class
•Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
•Experience in program design, planning and implementation is desired.
