We are seeking a dedicated Apparel Production Assistant to join our team and help us continue delivering top-notch products.

Position Overview: The Apparel Production Assistant will play a key role in our small storefront operation by supporting the production and sales of customized items. This role involves a mix of production tasks, customer interaction, and general store duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shirt Production: Assist in the production of custom merchandise and assembling orders according to customer specifications.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by helping customers choose fabrics, designs, and sizes; answer questions about products and services; and handle transactions.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage and track custom orders from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of fabrics, trims, and other materials; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished merchandise to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store organized and clean; restock items and assist with merchandising.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as taking orders, payments, and handling correspondence.
• Graphic Design: Assist clients with designs and work with systemprocesses such as illustrator and photo shop; must be computer savvy.
