We are seeking U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents for this full-time role.

Candidates should be located in or around Des Moines, IA, or Waukee, IA.

This is an onsite position, with the possibility of one Day remote per week.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing process to help identify opportunities for automation and assist with the development of company’s automation roadmap
• Gather business requirements through identifying stakeholders, leading requirements sessions, modeling processes, capturing key data and rules, and asking the right questions.
• Serve as a liaison between end-users and software development teams, including functioning as a subject matter expert (SME) in translating requirements to business systems analysts or software development teams.
• Coordinates and assists in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience : Minimum 3 years progressively responsible experience managing business requirements, including at least 1 year of managing large complex requirements initiatives.
• Skills : Understanding of Agile, Waterfall & LEAN methodologies and knowledge of System Development Life Cycle framework. Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) and business automation. Familiarity with Automation Process Implementation Methodology and of how automations are developed using tools such as UiPath and Power Automate. Strong facilitation and analytical skills.
• Technical Competencies : Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.
