Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase materials, supplies, and services to meet production demands.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.
Enter and manage purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers on orders, shipments, and issue resolution.
Analyze and convert MRP signals into purchase/production orders, adjusting for changes.
Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and inventory data.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to prioritize material needs and resolve procurement issues.
Assist with data entry and reporting for procurement and inventory activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory principles.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
