Support Services Group is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Agents to provide support for an agency that Leads the nation in disaster relief.

Scheduling Requirements:
We are looking for people who have open availability including weekends.
This position is Full-Time, Seasonal, and Completely Remote (Work From Home).
Job Duties:
+ Problem-solving and exploring alternative solutions.
+ Provide outstanding Customer Service.
+ Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers.
+ High Degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail.
+ Maintain call center databases by entering information and documenting customer interaction.
Job Requirements:
+ Must have a good work history and positive Attendance.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills.
+ Bilingual is a plus
+ Ability to multi-task
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to pass criminal Background Check, and have no student loans in default.
