About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to assist our customers through phone support. This remote role is available to candidates in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, and WI.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist Customers: Handle 60-80 incoming calls daily, addressing customer needs with a positive and effective approach.
Problem Solving: Ask the right questions, research options, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with our Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification, and Technical Support teams to offer accurate and timely information.
Record Keeping: Update customer information in our ERP system to maintain accurate records.
Feedback: Represent the customer's voice, share feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Additional Details:

Contact Center Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7 AM - 7 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Training: Initial training will be held Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST for the first 10 weeks.
Post-Training Schedule: After training, work Monday-Friday between 10 AM - 7 PM CST and every 4th weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Shifts have flexible start times and include days off during the week.
