Reporting to the SVP & Global Head of Brand, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing the brand and marketing strategy for Raffles Hotels & Resorts through the development of impactful marketing campaigns and ensuring their successful execution on a global brand and hotel level.

This role will be responsible for increasing awareness, clearly differentiating the brand from its competitors and driving desirability through creative storytelling. 

Supporting the SVP, they will act as guarantor of the brand image and its expression internally and externally, in order to ensure visual and communications consistency.

From strategy to customer experience, promotion and brand partnerships, they will enforce compliance at all levels. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Implement the brand strategy through differentiated and impactful marketing campaigns across all markets and key identified targets.
  • Identify existing differentiators throughout brand and individual hotels to create compelling and cohesive programs and messaging.
  • In partnership with relevant functional leads, build and manage innovative and effective 360&degree; global marketing campaigns (media, PR, social media, influence, partnerships, events, openings, CRM, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Continuously improve marketing campaigns by understanding, and where applicable, taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, evolving marketing platforms and emerging trends
  • Develop and implement a brand-specific customer experience to support brand positioning, concretely strengthen its competitive advantage and generate value for all stakeholders.
  • Help define operational standards of the brand and their implementation within the hotels.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure the impact of actions carried out (customer satisfaction, ROI, reputation, market share...) and ensure their continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate transparently, proactively and continuously with cross-functional teams (Design, D&TS, Wellbeing, F&B, Commercial, T&C, CSR, Operations, Purchasing, Legal, CMI etc.) to ensure perfect alignment around strategic axes and brand positioning.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of marketing and/or communications 
  • Bachelor level degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of the overall luxury sector, including hospitality
  • Deeply passionate about art, design and culture in all its forms and ever curious to learn more
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a global brand or portfolio
  • Experience managing media, advertising and communication agencies
  • Recognized for excellent managerial and organizational skills and have demonstrated proven leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and in a multicultural environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Additional Information

Visa Requirements : Must Legally be authorized to work in the United States

  • Salary Range: $ 125,000-$184,000 Annually
