Responsibilities:

Brosnan Risk Consultants is looking for a security leader who will manage the security services and related operations for a Class A Real Estate business campus consisting of five or more multi-use buildings. The selected candidate will provide sustained client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, pay role, supervision and training. The successful candidate will interface directly with customer security leadership on a daily basis and will oversee a workforce of 60-90 personnel.

  • Serves as the key point of contact for the National client to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; oversees and maintains service quality and initiates any necessary communication and/or corrective action in a timely manner.
  • Has overall responsibility for Strategic Account maintenance and Service Level Agreement performance with the support of Regional Leader; analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance.
  • Initiates, coordinates and assumes responsibilities for benchmarking and the identification of cost saving practices.
  • Implements key performance measures, tracking tools, scorecards and reporting methods in cooperation with appropriate client managers to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.
  • Meets regularly with Client and Brosnan management representatives for account reviews; addresses any actual or potential problems; assists in negotiation of client contracts; provides support during client start-ups and transitions; supports security planning, assessments and surveys; coordinates review and updates of post orders.
  • Collaborates with Regional Leader to provide management oversight for the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber staff; ensures that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect; plans, assigns, and directs work; provides performance feedback, coaching, and carries out disciplinary actions.
  • Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; ensures that staff members both understand and comply with the same.
  • Within scope of contract and assigned duties; reviews and initiates appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles; ensure invoices are correct, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels, in collaboration with Regional Management and ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
  • Provides input to company initiatives; promptly assists in the resolution of legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues.
  • Performs additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred) or 15 years of related experience in security business operations and client management.
  • Preferred combination of previous law enforcement experience and private sector physical security experience.
  • 3-5 years of direct account management experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with WinTeam and Track-Tic software a plus
