We're excited to invite a dynamic, sales-minded individual to join our Nurse Recruitment Division. This position reports to the Recruiting Director, and we are ideally looking for candidates based in AZ, TX, LA, TN, MS, or GA.
Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll play a key role in driving the recruitment success of our organization. You'll benefit from a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, all while helping connect talented nurses with rewarding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and Convert: Research potential candidates and respond to inquiries, turning prospects into interested applicants.
Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews: Initiate contact and perform pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Evaluate Candidates: Qualify and disqualify applicants based on their fit for the role.
Build Networks: Develop and maintain networks to generate referrals and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Participate in Events: Represent the company at industry recruiting events to attract top talent.
Negotiate and Close: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including extending offers and closing deals with candidates.
Fill Positions Efficiently: Work efficiently to fill open positions and meet recruitment targets.
What You Bring:
Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment, with experience in pre and/or post-COVID contract staffing.
Remote Work Environment: This position is remote, though candidates in the Greater Dallas area may undergo onsite training. After training, the role will continue remotely.
Relational Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse range of people and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities with a focus on a client- and nurse-centered approach.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success.
Social Media and Marketing Experience: Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, with knowledge of effective marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Innovative Sourcing: Experience in creatively sourcing and selecting talent, staying current with the latest trends in nurse recruitment.
Full Desk Experience: Proven track record of managing a full recruitment desk, including sourcing, submitting, and maintaining client relationships.
Proven Excellence: A history of awards or recognition for outstanding performance, or relevant certifications in nurse recruitment.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
