Your Role and Impact:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be key to our mission of delivering top-notch staffing solutions. Here's how you'll contribute:
Engage and Convert: Identify and connect with potential candidates, turning prospects into engaged applicants.
Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews: Initiate first contact and perform pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Evaluate Candidates: Qualify and select candidates, ensuring they meet the requirements for the positions available.
Build Networks: Develop and maintain strong networks to generate candidate referrals.
Participate in Events: Represent the company at industry recruiting events, showcasing our brand and opportunities.
Negotiate and Close: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from extending offers to finalizing placements.
Fill Positions Efficiently: Work effectively to fill open positions, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
What You Bring to the Team:
Recruitment Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment, including experience with pre- and post-COVID contract staffing.
Remote Flexibility: This is a remote position. If based in the Greater Dallas area, initial training may take place onsite, after which the role will continue remotely.
Relational Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse range of people and build meaningful relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills, focused on a client- and nurse-centered approach.
Team Collaboration: A team player with strong interpersonal skills, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented mindset, driven by the desire for success.
Social Media and Marketing Savvy: Active on LinkedIn and Facebook, with knowledge of effective marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Innovative Sourcing: Skilled in sourcing and selecting talent through creative methods, staying up to date with industry trends.
Full Desk Experience: Proven ability to manage a full desk, including sourcing, submitting, and client relations.
Proven Excellence: A history of outstanding performance, recognized through awards, certifications, or other accolades.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
