Job Summary
We’re seeking a professional, empathetic, and respectful Integrated Health Therapist (IHT) who is able to provide clinical diagnoses for treatments and create individual treatment plans for patients experiencing issues related to mental and behavioral health, chemical health, psychosocial aspects of health and disease, and lifestyle management.
