If you're up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity! Responsibilities: Lead the delivery, configuration, and maintenance of UKG Pro Workforce Management platform. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and locations to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans as applicable. Facilitate the review of change requests for system enhancements and guide the established support team in delivering these changes effectively and prioritize impact. Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and escalated issues, providing expert guidance to the Operations Leader and key operational support teams to drive resolution. Work with operations team on trend analysis for areas of improvement and efficiency delivery. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the workforce management system. Partner with HR on review and action plans. Develop and deliver applicable IT training and documentation for operational support staff and to ensure end-users are proficient in using the system. Partner with HR on any related knowledge documents. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage project timelines / business commitments and dependent resources to ensure successful delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the Workforce Management System remains cutting-edge and effective. Manage relationships with vendors, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Partner with HR and develop and maintain a product roadmap for the Workforce Management System, aligning with business goals and ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. Build expertise in UKG reporting capabilities and improved usage partnering with HR and business units. Lead or support assigned time and attendance tasks aligned to key mergers and acquisitions. Help design optimized operating model and clarity on roles and responsibilities leveraging lean and agile best practices including daily standups. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and projects with a focus on Workforce Management Systems. Strong experience with Kronos. Proven expertise in UKG Dimensions or UKG Pro Workforce Management Platform, specifically in time and attendance modules. Experience working across enterprise platforms and leading core operational support and delivery for global cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows related to workforce management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Experience working in a multi-site, international organization delivery or program is a plus.
