Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).
We are seeking talented individuals to join the team as Kronos Developer. We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in Time and Absence applications who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices.
You will play a pivotal role in an ongoing Time and Absence transformation and will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.
We focus on:
Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
Key responsibilities of the role: Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions
Implement, update and deploy Kronos configurations
Assist with development of new integrations or updating existing integrations
Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
Key skills and requirements:
Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)
Deep expertise with following modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advanced Scheduling, Universal Device Manager
Experience with Analytics/Reports
Expertise in Employee Self Service, Employment Terms and Access Profiles
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage ambiguity
Strong time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
Fluency in English
Preferred: UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred
Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM
Manufacturing industry experience
Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations is a plus
Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability
Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
