Job Summary

Summary:

Lead and manage all aspects of catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee event planning from concept to execution, including menu development, vendor coordination, and staff management.
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets, financials, and labor forecasting.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing catering team.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in catering management with a focus on off-premise events.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
