Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovating and growing Product Development team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing all aspects of mechanical components and overall design. You will be working with a team of experienced engineers and professionals in an exciting and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new electro-mechanical products from concept to completion.
- Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of equipment, components, and systems.
- Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
- Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to accurately communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define product specifications and requirements.
- Implement and manage DFM (Design for Manufacturing) processes to optimize product design and performance.
- Comply with ISO standards and regulations in all design and development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, specifically with new product development.
- Proficient in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical products design and development.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations, preferably ISO 13485.
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
