Job Description

General Description:

This individual is responsible for performing all aspects of general facility operations including field operations and turbine and reciprocating compression operations under the direct supervision of the client (Field Production Supervisor).
This position will be responsible for driving CCI's Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. Essential Duties & Job Functions:

•Issues and controls all work permits, EIPs and EIL's for his or her assigned area or areas.
•Follows all SOP's for his or her area or areas.
•Ensures all work conducted in his or her area or areas is/are properly permitted.
•Informs supervisor of any incidents involving injury, spills, equipment malfunction and/or damage.
•Ensure a safe work environment.
•Performs emergency response duties.
•Performs work in strict compliance with permitting requirements, Client Standards and other compliance-oriented directives. Has STOP work authority. Ensures all assigned personnel follow standards and directives.
•Is able to work offshore rotations.
•Submits reports, documents, maintenance history and other required documentation surrounding maintenance and repair work to other levels within the company and to the customer as required.
•Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and severe outside weather conditions. The employee is exposed to fumes or airborne particles in a mechanical shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection and the use of safety eyewear is required in most working situations. You will be offshore, remote, on the platform for at minimum one week at a time.

Required Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED is required.
•CITS, OSHA-10, or Hazwoper training is required.
•Valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
•1-year experience in oil and gas production operations with knowledge of production systems and equipment is preferred
•Graduate of the Kenai Peninsula College Process Technology Course and oil and gas working experience is preferred.
•Reside in Alaska or the Kenai Peninsula is preferred.

•HEARING: The employee frequently is required to talk or hear while answering phones, working with customers, clients, supervisors, etc.
•VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner. Ability to see and complete work on a personal computer and read color coded writing on equipment forms, etc.
•LIFTING: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist, 50 lbs. from waist to shoulder height. Must be able to carry 50 lbs. for 20 feet.
