Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for “Principal Product Consultant – Duck Creek” to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Experience delivering medium to large Duck Creek implementation programs

· P&C domain knowledge

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

· Program Manager with 14-16 years of experience in overseeing Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations.

· Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a must.

· Experience in Agile delivery with teams spread in multiple locations

· Ability to create and maintain detailed RAID log for medium to large programs with multiple workstreams

· Collaborate with various cross functional teams to highlight dependencies and ensure that the dependencies are being met per the project plan

· Work closely with project sponsors, cross functional teams, key stake holders and ensure the program risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner

· Track program financials throughout implementation and ensure adherence to plan

· Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

· Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals

· Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000K - $180,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
