Job responsibilities:
+ Creating Technical Drawings : Use Revit software to produce detailed architectural and engineering drawings for various projects
+ Collaborating with Teams : Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards
+ Revising Drawings : Update and modify drawings based on feedback from team members and clients
+ Maintaining Documentation : Ensure all design documents are accurate and up-to-date
+ Learning and Development : Continuously improve Revit skills and stay updated with the latest software features and industry trends
Qualifications:
+ Education : An associate degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is often preferred
+ Software Proficiency : Proficiency in Revit is essential. Familiarity with other CAD software like AutoCAD can be a plus
+ Experience : Requires 0-2 years of experience OR candidates who have gained skills through internships or coursework
+ Technical Skills : Strong technical design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and apply building codes and regulations
+ Communication Skills : Good communication and project management skills to collaborate effectively with team members
