Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel RN -  Cardiovascular OR

Shift : Variable / between 6:15a, 6:45p, 10x4, 40hrs per week

Length : 13 Weeks

Rotating call weekends, nights, holidays 

Requirements:

• CO License 
• 2+ years of experienceCVOR experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required
• BLS,  ACLS
• AHA PALS
• NIHSS
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred

Other Details:

• Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original 

COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)

• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.

• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a

o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or

o 1 dose bivalent vaccine

 

• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.

• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
