We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish-speaking Associate Lawyer to join our team, specializing in Family Law or Trust & Estate Law . $75,000 - $100,000 DOE

• Provide legal counsel and representation in family law and trust & estate matters, including divorce, child custody, estate planning, and probate administration.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, wills, trusts, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in family court or estate proceedings.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with developments in family law and trust & estate law to provide informed advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop strategies for complex legal matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and consistent communication.
• Participate in firm initiatives, meetings, and continuing education programs.

• Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required
• Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
• Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association)

• 2+ years of experience in Family Law or Trust & Estate Law .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
